These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NeuralPulse (“NeuralPulse”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must meet the minimum age and legal requirements applicable to you to use NeuralPulse. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity that occurs through your account.

2. The Service

NeuralPulse provides tools that can analyze and organize communications, identify potentially important conversations, apply user-defined priorities, and support permitted automation. Features may change, be limited by plan, or depend on third-party integrations.

3. AI Features and Limitations

AI classifications, summaries, priority scores, sender assessments, and recommendations are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. NeuralPulse does not guarantee that every important message or opportunity will be identified. You are responsible for reviewing important communications and making your own decisions.

4. Connected Accounts

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NeuralPulse with a social platform complies with that platform’s rules, permissions, and applicable law. You must only connect accounts and data that you are authorized to access. Third-party platforms may change or restrict their APIs, which can affect NeuralPulse features.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use NeuralPulse to violate laws or third-party rights, impersonate another person, access data without authorization, distribute malware, abuse integrations, circumvent security controls, or interfere with the service. You must not use automation to send deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unlawful communications.

6. User Content

You retain your rights in content you provide or connect to the service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and analyze that content to provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for content you submit or connect.

7. Plans, Trials, Payments, and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, plan limits, billing periods, and included features will be presented before you subscribe. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. By starting a trial, you authorize the payment method to be used for the subscription according to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.

Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, the trial may convert to the paid subscription selected at checkout and the applicable subscription fee may be charged. The exact trial length, price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be shown before you confirm the subscription. If a payment fails, paid access may be suspended or restricted.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method while your subscription is active.

8. Intellectual Property

NeuralPulse and its software, branding, design, documentation, and original materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license is granted to you.

9. Availability and Third-Party Services

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. NeuralPulse may depend on third-party infrastructure, AI providers, email services, payment providers, and social platforms. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeuralPulse is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for every purpose. The service is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Any liability limitations will apply subject to mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability provisions, may continue after termination where applicable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

14. Governing Law and Contact
