Last updated: August 22, 2026

NeuralPulse (“NeuralPulse”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides AI-powered communication intelligence for creators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you when you use our website and services.

Important: This is a product privacy policy, not legal advice. Before launching commercially, have this policy reviewed for the laws and jurisdictions that apply to your business and users.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide when you create an account, complete your creator profile, contact us, start a trial, or subscribe to a paid plan. This can include your name, email address, username, creator type, profile preferences, billing-related information, and account settings.

When you use NeuralPulse, we may process information needed to provide the service, including messages, conversation metadata, sender information made available through supported integrations, your Smart Priorities, filtering preferences, and automation settings.

We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages visited, and security or diagnostic logs.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve NeuralPulse.
  • Authenticate accounts and protect them from unauthorized access.
  • Analyze messages according to your selected priorities and service features.
  • Provide filtering, prioritization, opportunity detection, and automation features.
  • Process subscriptions and payments through authorized payment providers.
  • Send transactional emails such as account confirmation, security notices, and password-reset messages.
  • Monitor performance, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and maintain platform security.
  • Understand aggregate usage patterns and improve our products.

3. AI Processing

NeuralPulse uses automated systems and AI models to analyze information in order to provide features such as message classification, priority scoring, and opportunity detection. AI-generated classifications may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing important messages and decisions before acting on them.

4. Social Account Data

If you connect a supported social platform, we only request and process data permitted by the integration and the permissions you authorize. We do not claim ownership of your social content. You can disconnect an integration where the service provides that control, subject to technical and contractual limitations.

5. Service Providers

We may use third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, AI processing, analytics, and payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by their terms and applicable law.

When you start a trial or purchase a subscription, payment and billing information may be processed by our payment provider. We do not use payment information for purposes unrelated to billing, fraud prevention, account administration, or other purposes permitted by applicable law.

6. Connected Social and Communication Data

If you connect Instagram, Gmail, or another supported integration, NeuralPulse may process the messages, conversation metadata, account identifiers, sender information, and other data made available through the permissions you authorize. We use this information to provide the filtering, prioritization, content intelligence, synchronization, and automation features you request.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the feature involved.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of certain personal information. You may also be able to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us through the support channel provided by NeuralPulse to make a privacy request.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and protect access to your account and connected social accounts.

10. Children

NeuralPulse is not intended for children who are below the minimum age permitted by applicable law to use the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our service, practices, or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made. Continued use of the service after an effective update means the revised policy applies to future use.

12. Contact

If you have a privacy question or request, use the official support or contact channel made available by NeuralPulse.
